Act as a basic point of contact for users with queries, complaints, feedbacks, requests etc. on the IT help desk for LOGIC POSEnsuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received enabling satisfaction of userGenerate daily IT service desk reports for various departmentNew setup of EBO with all prerequisiteHandling EBOs and ensure Up-Time of all EBOs (Hardware & Software)Provide remote support from HO to users based in other locations
