Job Description

Installing and configuring computer systems, OS & apps, printers, scanners & antivirus software;
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software & hardware faults;
Repairing equipment and replacing parts;
Fixing network faults at user-end;
Communicate with computer users to identify the nature of problems;
Providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, word processing, e-mail and operating systems;
Technical support for employees using the network;
Any other task assigned by the Management.
