Job Description

Manage information technology and computer systems
Responsible for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.Ensuring data protection, testing and implementation of new techniques in IT
Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
Entire IT system infrastructure management including systems, applications, network, hardware, database, desktop support. Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff to perform
Develop devise policies to efficiently manage IT resources and systems of the organization
Following systems: Windows systems application systems that support asset, antivirus updates, basic administration, Data backups, EPABX and basic troubleshooting of microsoft exchange server, maintenance of PRI Lines and other It infrastructure. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Maintain, monitor, audit IT systems for continual improvement
Ensuring security of the existing IT setup including network, IT devices, and applications
Planning IT infrastructure requirements based on the existing projects and keeping future requirements in mind.
Planning disaster recovery(DR), related drills and strategies and Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
Allocating responsibilities to staff in order to provide better end-user interface, quality of service and efficient customer support.Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Planning budget of IT essentials in the organization and vendor management.Developing IT budget for the company through rational thinking and managing costs

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech or M.Tech or MCA in computer applications with relevant experience of 5 to 10 years
Candidate should have experience in IT infrastructure (Hardware / Systems/ Desktop / Networking) management
