Job Description

Maintain daily attendance, leave and overtime records of employees through HRIS
Provide necessary support to the recruitment team and input data of newly recruited employees
Maintain all personal files and update service records accordingly
Input data in HRIS regarding sourcing candidate, recruitment, training, salary fixation, confirmation and annual assessment of workers and staffs
Assist Line Manager in assessing of training needs, in-house skill base training programs, orientation programs, etc.
Maintain disciplinary procedure and prepare final settlement bill, maternity benefit bill, etc.
