Ensure that the stock level of the category is within the prescribed limits as per company normsMonitoring the stock cover to maintain optimum stock turnsAllocation & replenishment to stores as per capacity & customer profileStock rotation and stock monitoring Fulfillment of customer order and requirementsAssist in creation of buying plan - category wise wise to breakup monthly targets and distribute the buying for the month accordinglyAssisting in preparation of OTB PlanReview costings style wise to ensure targeted Gross profit for the category is met Llag negative deviations from the targeted gross profitPrepare & do periodic review of yearly Internal Stock quantity projections - value wise , quantity wiseStudy month cover reports to check stock outs and cover opportunity loses in forwarding monthsPrepare production plan based on the fabric projectionSend periodic reports related to category performance indicators to the management as per the timelineSend monthly buying plan and product presentation to the markets to enable them to do store stock planningAssist the markets to plan their internal stock rotation by providing monthly stock cover reportRegularly interacting and visiting the stores to gather first hand customer response to the merchandise offering - style, quality & pricing.
