Job Description

Able to understand minimum Stock Levels and raise indents accordingly.
Responsible for all GRN.
Any GRN should be done in within 24 hours from time of receiving goods in to WH.
Stores Manager should observe the quality of products in WH.
Should do GRN after verifying supplier /Job work order documents which should tally with physical stock by the purchase department.
Any Inwards should be inspected and authorise by purchase, accounts, security and stores manager.
Responsible to assign rack numbers for finished goods which are entering ware house and rack them immediately once GRN gets done .
Should maintain cleanliness in the ware house.
Should maintain MIS reports of the stocks.
Responsible for updating stocks to the sales department.
Responsible for dusting, moping, cleaning of Ware house.
