Preparing business plan on yearly basis & giving sales growth to the companyManaging the overall profitability of operations with strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives and operating standards in assigned formatCo-ordination with the respective retailers about new space allocation & strategic space negotiation Co-ordination with project team and respective retailers about new fixtures introduction & completion of snag list with additional fixtures work on time.Monitoring the sales performance of all the staffs and motivating them for achieving set targets. Making regular visits at the stores, taking control of situations and getting updates from the staff. Handling End of Season Sale (EOSS) Recruitment and training of staffs, Pan India. Reshuffling of staffs on a regular and planned basis to improve effectiveness of staffs as well as improvement in sales.Planning and execution for adequate Stock valuation and Inventory management. Maintaining inventory and On time- in full status of stocks at stores.Coordinating with stores for promotional activities for new releases & special products.
