Job Description
Plan & control the production based upon the order availability,Scheduling the shop orders to meet delivery commitments,Ensure optimum utilization of plant m/c's capacity,Progressing actual performance against the production plan,Report exceptional deviations to the concerned authorities for the corrective action,Preparing various informatory reports to update Weaving/Dyeing/CSP production team,Inventory management by providing liquidation plans for higher ageing inventory,Conduct an reconciliation of order upon completion, along with the other PPC team members,Provide sections requirement well in advance for various necessary actions,Contribute in optimize capacity utilization, cost of production and productivity enhancement,Provide despatch priorities well in advance for various necessary actions,Follow up with Marketing & Logistics team for timely despatch of Finishing goods,Analysis of daily reports and MIS Production reports/Daily DRUM report,Participate in MUSKAAN, SHAAN & 5S initiatives by actively involving all members.Prepare Balance to weave against all running orders including shortfalls,Followup for all critical orders with internal customers to ensure ontime weaving,Control over dyed yarn & double Yarn inventory and material under ageingReconciliation of orders for timely weaving completion and arrangements of required resources,Calculation of double & Special (PVA) Yarn Requirement for Next 6 Month on the basis of Order Book.Plan & Execute orders as per dispatch plan,Ensuring availability of greige material as per plan,Dyeing planning as per lot sizes w.r.t order to minimize the cleaning time of machines,Making different type of desired samples available well on time,Ensure timely delivery/material flow as per plan of CSPCheck & plan material flow to CSP from loom & fabric dyeing and packing material availability on time,Analysis of orders running in black & red zone & OTIF analysis,
