Job Description

Responsible for handling litigation and non - litigation matter of company
Draft, review and vet various commercial and business agreements, high value contracts, tenders documents, general terms and conditions, etc as per requirement
Conduct regular review of tender documents, identifying legal risks, preparing risk assessment sheet and highlighting to the management and suggesting suitable mitigation plan
Draft and implement various processes, standard templates, guidelines, SOP, risk management, contract management etc for various business requirements.
Reviewing existing standard drafts based upon the legal research and latest amendments in law / judgements and updating legal compendium.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 2 to 8 years.
Knowledge of court cases, good drafting and fluency communication.
