Job Description

Ensure GST details updated for all the vendors in the system and inform GST procedure to all new vendors which they have to maintain in the bills. Need to process VDMS for creating Fresh Vendor code / Address change / RTGS / GST details incorporate through VDMS for all Vendor codes.
Ensure 95% of all the bills are passed on time which should not delay in payment.
Bill Verification has to be done for each and every bill to verify bonus/penalty in the bills to get debit/credit note from the vendor.
PR, PO, MIGO has to be done with correct vendor code/GL account/Cost Centre to avoid delay in payment.
Ensure all the bills which is processed must reach DXC on or before of 27th of every month. Ensure Workflow is attended and cleared on the same day without delay.
Organizing the vehicle in time to ensure all the loads are sent on the same day of load build up.
Ensure 96% of the loads are sending on the same day itself. Data to be maintained with the reason for delay.
On daily basis vehicle tracking has to be done and report has to be given on alternate days. If there is any delay then we have to highlight to the transporter and action has to be taken immediately so that vehicle has to report depot ASAP.
We have to get quotes from the transporter for any new routes and approval has to be taken from the concern person or else we have to inform our requirement with the concern person and follow ups has to be done still it is closed.
P&D Reports against carriers should be maintained correctly without omission.
Ensure all the documents are arranged from the transporter and the same has been sent to Finance for claim process without delay.
P&D amount which has to be adjusted from the transporter are cleared through Debit/Credit Note on monthly basis.
P&D report consolidated data should be maintained in separate file for easy tracking.
All SDR's details are accounted without omission and the same has to be send to C&F for checking the stock.
SDR confirmation has to be taken from C&F through mail only and on confirmation SDR correction to be done in system. For SDR correction we have to get OBD/STO details for the shortages then GRN/ITC has to be done. Then we have to create OBD/STO for the excess qty and confirmation mail has to be sent to depots.
All SDR data Report to be maintained correctly and details should send every month and ensure Warehouse stock accuracy of more than 85%.
Procurement related work such as getting quotes from different vendors for safety related materials or CAPEX related requirements for CWH for which follow up has to be done still we get the quotes from the vendor. And AFE/LRE documents has to be done for the assets for which endorsements has to be taken from FD,SCD and MD.
Asset list has to be maintained for CWH and the assets which are moved or received has to be documented for future reference.
Giving valuable points for the C&F team about the picking, binning etc. and also giving support to warehouse team wherever they required my presence such dispatch, Export, Import, Incoming etc. Ensure all the employees working in a safe condition and also giving them a good atmosphere in simplifying the process.
Ensure zero accident at warehouse. Ensuring all to wear proper PPE in workplace & commuting. Planning safety training to all workers & staffs in warehouse.
Conducting Safety Committee meeting every month for which Action point & Action report to be maintained and also follow up till the action point is completed by C&F.
Intelex related activities such as updating Employee work hours of Coats and C&F on every month before 3rd. Recently lot of actions has been added which we have to update in Intelex like updating Preventive actions, Improvement actions, Near Miss, SFHR card etc. for which still no actions has been taken from our end.
