Job Description

Ensure that all policies and procedures pertaining to maintenance are respected throughout the cluster;
Be an agent of continuous improvement to minimize operating costs
Responsible for all preventive as well as corrective machine maintenance in the production plants;
Be the champion for all environmental issues arising;
Lead automation projects within the cluster;

Eligibility Criteria

Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation engineering with at least 4 years experience as maintenance manager
Candidate should have strong knowledge of engineering concepts including, but not limited to electrical, hydraulics, Plumbing and mechanical systems
Candidate having knowledge of total productive maintenance (TPM) highly desirable;
Candidate having previous work experience within the textile sector would be an advantage
Candidate should have experience in leading automation projects, ability to work in a fast pace environment , ability to coach and lead a team for producing results.
Candidate should be available to travel to Madagascar for short to medium term assignments.
