Job Description

Handle the Industrial Relation issues of the company.
Responsible for develop IR procedure, format & implement.
Responsible for Work Study.
Responsible IR and Work Study related Training.
Responsible for Line lay-out and Line Balancing.
Responsible for Efficiency study and individual workers performance study.
Record keeping of all related study and appraisal.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Sc Engineer (Industrial & Production Engineering) from BUET or SUST.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial Relation, Work Study/ Efficiency Study, Line Lay-out, Line Balancing, Production Plan Preparation, Data Bank Preparation and Computerized Record Keeping, Time Study, Motion Study, SMV and other related job.
We need Work Study and Industrial relation Expert not PM or QC Manager.
Good knowledge on computer (MS word & Excel) & email.
Well conversant both English & Bangla.
Able to take huge work load.
Good knowledge on modern IR systems, Work Study Procedure.
Good knowledge on Production Planning.
Without having any experience on IR Job or without holding any Graduation/ Masters from Govt. University need not apply.
Minimum 3-5 years practical experience in any composite factory will get preferred.
