Job Description

Responsible for the sales and distribution of Gini & Jony products to mass market.
Responsible for Sales& Collections
Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing productivity.
Work to gain the market share and category targets
Maintains the profitable and long lasting viable channel by ensuring network expansion and development
Responsible for credit control and maintain the outstanding credit limit as per the business norms.
To manage the marketing outstanding
New Business Development
Formulating strategies & reaching out to the unexplored markets/customer groups for business expansion; exploring new business opportunities in various segments along with concerned branches in the region
Implementing marketing strategies to increase territory sales and promoting the brand name.
Working towards the new product development & product launch to enhance the growth of the business.
General Administration
Ensuring cross-functional efficiency between working of the commercial, sales, service
Optimization of the use of available resources; ensuring effective sales information systems are implemented and commercial processes
Coordinating & managing the activities like Inventory management & Stock control
People Management
Involved in Talent Acquisition of team for the region.
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 7 to 10 years in sales and distribution from apparel industry.
    Candidate should have ability to formulate the sales plan by effective sales forecasting, strategy formulation and process implementation
    Should have sound knowledge of distribution networks and ability to work to increase the scale of the business.
    Should have good communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, planning and decision making skills.
    Should be able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
