Work to gain the market share and category targetsMaintains the profitable and long lasting viable channel by ensuring network expansion and developmentResponsible for credit control and maintain the outstanding credit limit as per the business norms.To manage the marketing outstandingNew Business DevelopmentFormulating strategies & reaching out to the unexplored markets/customer groups for business expansion; exploring new business opportunities in various segments along with concerned branches in the regionImplementing marketing strategies to increase territory sales and promoting the brand name. Working towards the new product development & product launch to enhance the growth of the business.General AdministrationEnsuring cross-functional efficiency between working of the commercial, sales, service Optimization of the use of available resources; ensuring effective sales information systems are implemented and commercial processesCoordinating & managing the activities like Inventory management & Stock controlPeople ManagementInvolved in Talent Acquisition of team for the region.Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
