Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policiesEvaluating the efficiency of HR controls and improving them continuouslyRevising HR procedures and reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issuesHandling labor laws and wage management Monitoring contract labor legal complianceDrafting, modifying and implementing company HR policiesCollaborating with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulationsAssessing the business future ventures to identify possible compliance risksKeeping abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance controlPreparing reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
