Job Description

We are seeking a manager HR who is self-driven, interactive and a divergent thinker.
Strategize manpower needs of the organization and also manage other aspects of HR.
This role would bring in and implement best HR practices aimed at enhancing process efficiency, organizational effectiveness and employee morale and motivation.
Aligning and deploying HR policies and systems
Provide platform which engenders creativity to create encouraging work culture
Establish organization structure and corporate functions

Compensation & benefits
Performance management
Succession planning
Learning and organization development Initiatives
Manpower planning and budgeting
Working closely with business unit heads in closing approved open positions within optimum cost, quality & time.
Partnering with existing employees/recruitment portals/campuses/ social media websites for talent acquisition
Managing end-to-end talent acquisition
Strategize and initiate global internship program
Improving organizational performance and morale by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks
Developing and execute employee engagement activities
Work with senior leadership in understanding and articulating the organizations vision and goals
Supporting employees to align with the organizations goals
Design employer branding strategy and its execution in conjunction with the Marketing team.
Building and maintaining a strong presence on social media in line with our employee value proposition (EVP)
Supporting other HR activities which will assist in the overall organizational development
Developing and maintaining a positive and free work-culture

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post Graduate or MBA or PGDM with relevant experience of 8 to 13 years.
    The right attitude and openness to new ideas and an enthusiasm to try new things go a long way. So even if you don't have the right credentials but think you have the right spirit and you are passionate, then do apply !
    Desired candidate profile : 8-12 years experience in designing and implementing HR systems & policies, performance management, talent management, compensation management, succession planning and organization development.
    Candidate should have understanding of or openness to learning the kind of work noise does
    Candidate should be innovative and out-of-the-box thinker to build effective HR systems and processes
    Candidate should have ability to serve to multiple stakeholders on their respective HR requirements, good management and negotiation skills.
    Candidate should have high moral compass, empathy and fairness when dealing with people, their problems and needs
    Candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, time management and priority setting skills.
    Candidate should be proactive and able to contribute in a fast paced, demanding and extremely evolving work space.
