Maximize Pant efficiency through IE Techniques and monitoring the cost effectiveness,
Skill mapping and balanced allocation of production lines,
Monitoring of the optimum utilization of machinery and manpower in order to reduce costs and increase output.
Inter-departmental coordination, Standard Operating
Routine procedure handling for the entire plant with an annual capacity.
Statutory technical compliance obligations.
MIS reports
