Develop and manage whole sale distribution model for international brands
Establish strategic operational relationship with key brands.
Responsible for bringing down operational costs for IB vertical to improve gross profits.
Responsible for cleaning up unwanted inventory in the system.
Fast tracking closure of legal agreements for new international brands.
Create and manage international drop ship model.
