Job Description

Holii is premium hand crafted leather bags and accessories are known for being colorful and glamorous.
Responsible for Pan India retail operations of Holii.
Sales analysis and planning.
Implement smooth flow of stock & order placement.
Stock Planning and Stock Allocation.
Maintaining relationship with mall management & Multi Brand Outlets.
Implement and monitor the process and systems and evaluate the overall performance.
Managing and motivating the retail team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
Resolve the issues pertaining to back-end operations in consignment points and exclusive stores.
Coordinating with production, planning, warehouse and all the regional teams.
Coordinating with the Design, Marketing and PR teams.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA/ Post Graduation in Fashion / Retail / Management.
Should be good in analyzing and interpreting data.
Good communication skills, negotiation skills and team management skills.
Should be well-organized, self-driven and capable of identifying and overcoming issues.
A sound IT knowledge is required.
A go getter attitude and flare of fashion and retail.
Should have good time-management and multi-tasking skills.
