Job Description

Ensure budgeted export sales and customer satisfaction :
Leading the Export Sales and Marketing team for attaining budgeted volumes and values.
Develop and implement robust sales channels in various territories for Filter bags.
Generate synergies between various sales support functions to ensue achievement of sales targets.
Lead team in developing markets for new products thereby improving the product mix of Filter Bags.
Develop Customer Grievances Addressal system for ensuring solutions to all the grievances on time and to the best of customers satisfaction.
Ensure policy compliance from agents and logistics partners :
Ensure compliance with all statutory norms as per the exports requirements
Design and implement required SOPs for exports.
Work closely with Purchase team in providing Market trends and thereby supporting in cost reduction of Raw Material.
Profitability :
By continually focusing on enriching product mix and thereby maximizing CPM.
Responsible for Revenue & Profit targets of Export Markets.
Product pricing and executing negotiation practices with customers.
Market Expansion :
Market expansion plans of existing market and increase the market share.
Identify and develop new markets globally and particularly in USA.
Lead plans for new product launches & growth initiatives.
Brand Promotion :
Promote Arvind Brand and position it in the Global market by participating in Trade Shows -Product presentation & applications.
Market Survey and Market Research :
Know market potential and analyse competitors and manage marketplace.
Track the progress on global prospects and determine the market demand and build the sales
