Job Description
Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for shirting fabric & combo pack business for domestic market.Drive new business through head hunting & networking with clients, and maintaining relationship with exist clients. Identifying & developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably.Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure process efficiency & meeting of targetsDecision on Negotiation regarding Profit & MarginsVisiting & Participation in Various Textiles exhibitions, winter, summer and additional Booking Conferences.Understanding the current market trends and developing new range of shirting & suiting fabrics as per customer needs if required. Coordination between the Factory and the Customer Regarding Deliveries & Dispatches.Developing, Maintaining & Analyzing Sales Records & ReportsFollow Up of Payments and Controlling of Outstanding Dues of clients Fabric selection & follow-ups with fabric supplier to make fabric in house with in given timeRange finalization based on the season ahead & sampling follow-ups, short listing of samplesNew developments of Combo Pack packaging material and source from different Suppliers Sourcing of packaging materials and giving of projection for the sameNegotiations with the suppliers for best price and delivery of packaging materials.Plan production schedule as per the sales plan requirement meet to on timely.Suiting and Shirting material month wise planning and procurement in house or out sourcing.Sales promotion planning for Market & season wise. Co-ordination with sales team, Wholesaler, Retailer for combo pack business. Warehouse Management Combo pack orders execution, dispatch, Inbound & outbound materials follow-up regularly with warehouse team.
