Job Description

To be a part of the team which facilitates cumulative business of Rs. 83 crores for 3000 weavers by the year 2018 and thereby contributing in doubling their incomes
Full-time engagement to work in Hyderabad and travelling for at least 15 days in a month to develop markets for the company
Implementation of the marketing plan
Managing a team of executives
Support in the development of marketing Plan
Support in branding
Managing a retail outlet
Submission of periodic reports
Support in capacity building of the producer company in marketing

Eligibility Criteria

MBA or PGDBM with experience of 3-8 years, preferably in textile marketing
Candidate should have passion to bring change in the lives of weavers by ensuring they become a company.
Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skill, reporting skill in english, ability to network with key market players and ability to work long hours in the field
Candidate should take initiative in exploring new opportunities and should be self-motivated,
Candidate should be able to work under pressure and to motivate a sales team as well.
