Job Description

Devise B2C (business to consumer)marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
Manage implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators, fabricator and printers.
Work within a budget and report any anomaly
Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
Deliver regular reports of campaign results and maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
Seamless vendor management for payment, execution and activity impact analysis
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels and providing content support
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
End to end management of customer loyalty program, manage loyalty campaigns and all related feature
Drive growth and development of the Loyalty program to increase membership volumes, improve purchase behavior and reduce attrition
Tracking of reward point accrual + redemption and plan customer journeys
Share loyalty insights with all stake holders and take curative actions
