Track the daily market rates of cotton and other Raw Materials and keep the management updated Sourcing the Vendors/Supplier, Generating Purchase Order, Taking Quotations, Ensure the quality checking and delivery as per specificationsExperienced in managing purchase orders.Knowledge of Inventory Control Process.Knowledge of Purchasing Techniques and Tools.Review and approve Purchase orders before Ordering Goods.Contact Vendors to obtain price quotes and perform negotiations.Purchase operations should be performed in accordance with company policies and proceduresFollow up on delivery schedules and invoice queriesManage delivery schedules and status of goodsCoordinate with suppliers to ensure that goods are delivered on time
