Job Description
Working closely with Production Managers, assisting in production planning.Keeping a track of production efficiency with the least possible cost.Implementation of new measures to enhance the production capability keeping in minds the required output.Collate and present data related to the quantities of production, comparison between planned and actual, analyzing the causes of variance, and recommend techniques to reduce variance without compromising on quality standards.Overall responsible for all operations for smooth functioning of the floor.To ensure achievement of production targets for the floor within the cost, time and quality norms.To ensure coordination amongst various areas of production, technical, quality, etc.
