manage a customer portfolio of 2-6 customerscontinued communication with customers timely reverts with commitments and plansworking with the various departments to ensure timely reverts and dispatches; active follow-up on orders throughout the companyensuring accuracy and timely supply of lab dips and samplesensure compliance to customer SOPs (documentations, shade continuity cards, lab reports, etc.) assisting production to remove roadblocks as neededworking with finance team to ensure timely payments work closely and support team mates
