Retail planning in terms of merchandise, promotions, marketing and sales
seasonal planning ( group wise, category wise, sales data wise )
Merchandise forecasting & planning
Planning, Allocation, Distribution of merchandise on basis of data analysis, budgeting, costing, OTB
Buying and purchase planning according to style, fashions and latest trend
Product and promotional plans
Ensuring that product appears in right stores at appropriate time with correct quantity
Working closely with display staff
Stock planning
Stock level monitoring
Inventory management
Analyses every aspect of the best sellers
Managing large retail sales team
Responsible for achieving board as well as store target as per business plan
