Good communication skills & interpersonal skills with Wovens merchandising experience
Interaction with buyers & buying house.
Product development, costing & capacity blocking for production
Follow up production, sampling, orders, Fabric, trims, accessories.
Interaction with production units for in time shipments.
TNA schedule & maintaining for shipments.
OSR maintaining for buyer information
Review with merchandisers everyday on developments & production, Status with GM once a week on developments, Production & costing
Schedule work for subordinates to get best performance out of them and other merchandising activities.
