Job Description

To check & update production & dispatches.
Dyed fabric WIP Reports.
Greige folding inventory analysis.
Balance to issue / dye report updation and analysis as per TNA dates of orders in weekly production planning.
Analysis of dyeing WIP in fabric dyeing section. Greige folding inventory analysis for its liquidation planning for.
higher ageing and regular issuance planning.
Balance to deliver to CSP section statement updation and its prioritization based upon dyeing WIP.
Rolling dispatch plan, order schduling, dyeing plan , shearing plan preparation.
Coordination meeting with FD & CSP team for dyeing production plan / Material delivery.
Work Order creation.
Plan adherence report / reason wise analysis for non adherence after discussion with production team.
weekly production planning for dyes / chemical requirement & also to check follow availablity of packing materials.
Analysis of dyeing WIP in fabric dyeing section. Greige folding inventory analysis for its liquidation planning for. higher ageing and regular issuance planning.
To check & reply of query of mails.
Study for self development/ Cross Learning.
