Job Description

Maintenance of sites and implementing at the new sites as per the requirement.
implementation related
Sharing the implementation plan with the sales team and distributor
Sharing the SOPs with the sales team and distributors and ensuring site readiness before implementation date
Provide all relevant information to IT as may be required for smooth implementation
Follow up with tally team for tally ERP9 and shoper
License and maintenance of the same
Master maintenance (distributor, implementation, shoper Code) for implementation and updation of DMS / SMART Portal
Getting the corrected item and pricing master from commercial team as and when required, checking and verifying the stock report for roll out of DMS and obtaining required approval on stock Audit from RSMs/ Dy RSMs, maintenance of record for the sites in case of Shoper re installation, error in having backup etc Support related, training the sales team and distributor on DMS MIS Reports
Training to the sales team on web portal and smart portal usage
Provide training to the sales team and distributor on new modules in DMS and in Web Portal
Attending / diverting the calls to the IT help desk to ensure call closure within SLA
Daily checking for onlineness and send exceptions to sales team, Coordinating with Regional Sales Team for issue resolution of distributors
Liaising with IT Department for issue resolution / escalations if any
Escalation in terms of undisciplined distributors or offline distributors or low zone secondary
Ensuring 100% call closure at the end of the day.
Get feedback on the system and processes from the end user and forward to HO for further action
Active involvement in creating awareness for initiatives - like new portals / apps etc.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience of 1 to 4 years.
Candidate should be smart and keen learner
Having working knowledge of SAP and BI will be useful, however not mandatory
Candidate having excellent knowledge of advanced excel with macros 4 SQL knowledge will be preferred.
