Job Description

Sourcing mostly overseas suppliers and some local suppliers to develop & counter offer desired.
Quality to customers with competitive price, quality, lead time and payment mode to win garment Business.
Strong follow up of quality samples, color samples, lab dips/ strike offs through day to day email correspondences.
Issuing official PO to suppliers & collect correct Proforma Invoice from them and arrange LC through logistics department & provide LC copy to supplier in due time.
Follow up test report, inspection reports & related bulk samples, dye lots to be issued from supplier side by due time and strong follow up of incoming all courier packages.
Suppliers shipping documents need to check thoroughly & comment and manage to follow up short shipments, partial shipments, etc.
Need to visit factory fabric warehouse in periodically when any issues raises regarding quality, short qty rec'd etc.
Follow up supplier's payment with finance team in case of delay payment or dealing exceptions cases like adding debit notes, etc.
