Job Description

Should have a hands on experience in the ecommerce Operations domain
Must have basic understanding of how the ecommerce industry functions
Should be able to share the product details in the required format
Co-ordinate and share product information with the Service provider (online aggregator) team
Must have understanding of how the product pricing works – Marketplace commission structure, transfer price
Should know about order processing – Shipping labels, Invoices & Manifests
Need to manage & co-ordinate with the Warehouse staff
Assign tasks and get it completed from the Warehouse staff
Ensure that orders are packed & processed within the required time frame
Check for returns and co-ordinate with Marketplaces and Service provider to resolve the issues
Need to co-ordinate with a third party Service Provider team on a regular basis
