Job Description
Managing all stores sales targets and motivating performance on a daily basis.Daily control on sales throughout retail stores.Ensuring all logistical and supply chain systems are control and bottlenecks avoided to supply the stores within set budgetsLead and coordinate the operations, planning and VM teams to deliver a best in class retail environment which creates a unique and compelling experience.On-going commitment and focus to deliver excellent customer service in store.Constant assessment and improvement in collaboration with operations manager of retail capabilities in the store based retail teams.Effective management of stock loss.Procurement supply chain and inventory management.Process and systems audits to ensure best practices.Develop, in collaboration with marketing team, a retail marketing/promotional calendar to deliver retail KPI’s.Weekly operational visits to stores.Weekly market/competitive visits.Leading managing and motivating teams to achieve targets.Implement successful performance management and succession processes for HO and store based retail teams.Build and maintain – cross functional internal relationships in the market and HO support delivery of retail objectives.Communicate retail strategy to the wider business.Actively promote and direct a calendar driven process, efficient approach to business cycle and strategic plan.
