Job Description

All activities that are involved in order processing; from the time the order is received, till the payment is realized.
Inventory control, maintenance and control of the e-commerce inventory
Maintenance of records of all inward and outward movement of stock
Coding, labeling and maintenance of Inventory
Logistics control to ensure that the orders are fulfilled within defined SLAs
Coordination with our various shipping partners
Coordination with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise, and adherence to set parameters
Coordination with partner websites to conduct smooth operations
Packaging Management; to ensure appropriate packaging is used for all orders, and developments made to accommodate present and future packaging requirements
Invoicing and documentation control
Responding to customer queries / requirements
Building and maintaining customer and partner website relationships
Tracking and monitoring payments from payment partners and partner websites
Customer communications and enhancing customer experience via telecom, mail, SMS, etc.
Customer need analysis and report generation based on order history, feedback, and other customer interactions
Brand enhancement through all the above activities
Research & development for newer and better processes in the field

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience of 1 to 3 years.
    Candidate should be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLookup / HLookup, Macros, Basic Formula, Charts / Figures)
    Candidate should be proficient in other Microsoft Office programs & related tools
    Candidate should have excellent grasp over the English language, strong interpersonal skills, keen knowledge and interest relating to the internet and the industry
    Should be cooperative and patient
    Candidate should have strong critical thinking and evaluation skills, sense of commitment, innovation and initiative, ability to multi-task, and perform appropriately under pressurizing situations
    Candidate should have excellent time management skills and ability to stick to tight schedules
