All activities that are involved in order processing; from the time the order is received, till the payment is realized.Inventory control, maintenance and control of the e-commerce inventoryMaintenance of records of all inward and outward movement of stockCoding, labeling and maintenance of InventoryLogistics control to ensure that the orders are fulfilled within defined SLAsCoordination with our various shipping partnersCoordination with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise, and adherence to set parametersCoordination with partner websites to conduct smooth operationsPackaging Management; to ensure appropriate packaging is used for all orders, and developments made to accommodate present and future packaging requirementsInvoicing and documentation controlResponding to customer queries / requirementsBuilding and maintaining customer and partner website relationships Tracking and monitoring payments from payment partners and partner websitesCustomer communications and enhancing customer experience via telecom, mail, SMS, etc.Customer need analysis and report generation based on order history, feedback, and other customer interactionsBrand enhancement through all the above activitiesResearch & development for newer and better processes in the field
