Job Description

To devise, direct and control social and legal compliance, Admin/Liaison, Factory IR, & Payroll related matters for approx..22 Units of BLR /NCR.
Responsible for audit findings and corrective action plans. Ensure compliance with global policies and local legislations are adhered to.
Ensure optimum utilization of human resources and see how best cost effective strategies can be implemented.
Direct and control Factory Administration, Liaison with government bodies,
Responsible for managing large size manpower in coordination with all Plant HR Heads with good knowledge of Industrial relations, labor laws, unions, settlements,
Ensure safety, security & health of the workforce in all plants.
Organizing Employee Engagement Activities for better people connect.
Benchmarking employees benefits and schemes.
To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA/MSW/PGDBM in Human Resources from a reputed institute with minimum 20 to 25 years experience in entire gamut of HR Function. Must have worked at both Corporate and Plant level.
Should be at senior leadership roll (VP/Head-HR) for large size company for minimum 5 years. Handled multiple units, multiple locations, with large size work-force of more than 10,000 employees.
