Job Description
Production planning & scheduling as per customer requirement.MRP controlling & planning with SAP.Preparing and implementing production plans effectively to utilize the overall plant capacities.Monthly & Day to Day planning of the raw material, which is necessary according to the target of the monthly production.Review max and min level.Making arrangement to production plan for each M/C.Making Daily Dispatch Plan according Marketing Schedule.Monitoring PPC activity in the assembly area to achieve production plan.Ensure timely filling of raw material on production line.Control WIP inventory.Coordination with marketing for customer urgency & other department for daily or monthly planning.Monthly review meeting.Monitoring daily plan v/s actual with action plan.Capacity Planning & Utilization.Perform inventory management at our end as well as supplier end according to company policies.Preparing manufacturing schedule considering material availability.Making daily, weekly & monthly MIS reporting.Monitoring production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standard as per customer specification.
