Job Description

Maintaining optimum dyeing and chemical percentage and reduce cost.
Use dead stock dyes and chemicals.
Water consumption decrease from 100 unit/kg to 80 unit/kg."
Monthly dyeing production target achievement vs planned.
Bulk to Bulk RFT -90%.
Maintain average.
Recepie management for Bulk to Bulk.
Minimize no. of rejections of samples tests & lab-tests.
Internal Redyeing (for quality) percentage reduce from 1.66%-0.5%."
Wet to wet process will be cleared in a period of 24 hrs.
Drey to wet reprocess will be cleared in a period of 48 hrs.
Internal reprocess (For Shade) Percentage Reduce from 10.16% to 8.0%."
Prepare & submit reports to the senior related to:-
Bulk to Bulk RFT report.
Machine utilization report.
Internal reprocess for quality and shade."
Ensure proper house keeping in processing area.
