AccountabilityDesign DevelopmentWork closely and always be aligned with requirements for effective Sales of productsInterpret Trend/ Mood boards + inspiration references and create innovative and commercially viableconceptsAll concepts must be original and well-thought through design and developmentHave an understanding of limitations in production and build concepts in alignment with productivityalwaysAssist in sourcing raw materials and trims, as and when needed: Work in coordination with Sourcing and Development TeamsContinuously research and hone market intelligence to enhance daily deliverablesSoftware Skills: Knowledge of CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc is mandatoryKey Result Areas/Key Deliverables:Work with complete understanding of Sales needs and timelines and execute development and Sampling in accordance. The Candidate must take full ownership of all committed deliverables.Must have a technical understanding of weave structures, knowledge of printing in bedding + bath, embroidery and hem treatments, and other surface embellishments and finishes.The Candidate must abide by all company rules and policiesThe Candidate must ensure high ethical standards in dealing with all stakeholders
