In charge of all the manufacturing of the apparels in the factoryProduction planning as to when and by what do the particular activities should be doneEnsuring that the production is cost effectiveMaking sure that products are produced on time and are of good qualityWorking out the man and material resources neededMonitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as neededCo-ordinates with the planning fabric merchant sampling cutting feeding production finishingDirect quality department and coordinate with the vendors (printers, embroidery, adda-work alsoTook reports from each of them about the working of the departmentFollowed up of the fabric and trims required for the particular styleEnsured the right product was being made as per SOPs keeping in mind the quality standards as required
