Job Description

Take quality round / online checking in Process, Warping, Weaving and Mono department and send reports to all concerned persons with superiors.
To clear the fabric till inspection with QC approval { all fabric testing parameters as per Standard},co-ordinate with quality control department and Finish mending.
To check and clear hold rolls at daily basis along with supervisor and to prepare the reports and communicate with concerned HOD and superior in the company.
Arrange to maintain OK Grey Fabric reference samples in Lab.
Arrange to give OK Finish reference samples to Process and finish checking dept.
To maintain all qualities category wise { Belt, Filter and Industrial fabric} A4 size OK samples in QC Lab.
Analyse and collect data /records of return goods to identify specific problems
Process and Product audit
All testing entries should complete in ERP
QC rejected fabric must handover with "ISOLATION FORM" to process dept. and report to all Concerned with superiors.
To ensure with process dept. for all finish fabric's samples will receive and check in QC lab.
To check and do all lab testing of fabrics and entry of reports in system.
