Job Description

Report preparation according to buyer requirements
Co-relating with merchandising for knp reqular parameter
Audit record maintain (ISO, OEKOTEX, GOTS etc.), record maintain certificate (MSDS, OEKOTEX, GOTS, etc)of all dyes and chemical.
All chemical testing (as Salt, Soda ,Caustic, Acetic acid,Peroxide,),husk testing
Shrinkage testing pilling testing G.S.M. cutt , record keeping , hanger making, continuity making ,email
Daily dispatch quality report to management, grey fabric moisture testing, water testing per day after two hour, boiler water testing elasticity test
Highlighting the lab relating problem & Control the activities the work of lab assist. in QC lab.

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma / B.Tech. (Textile Chemistry) with relevant experience of 3 to 8 years in knit fabric dyeing processing
Candidate should posses sound knowledge of all lab machines, parameters, knitted fabric dyeing process
Candidate should be willing to reallocate.
