Job Description

The incumbent should have the following skill sets
Relevant industry experience in Quality assurance profile ( preferably mens casual and formal shirts )
Conversant with SOPs from fabric to Final inspection
Should have strong communication skills and to be able to interact with customers
Problem solving abilities related to cut / sew / finish
Should be able to train and lead a team of NQAs
Experience of about 10 to 12 years preferred and having handled a similar profile
Graduate preferred . However, good communication skills are required
