Improvements through KAIZEN & Problem solving Techniques.
To solve customer problems regarding quality of products by Root cause analysis.
To make CAPA sheet for quality related problems.
To control in House rejection analysis done on monthly basis.
Making Work Instructions & Procedures for all concerned areas.
Conduct Red-bin analysis
