Job Description
Responsible for quality monitoring from mixing to packing in Yarn Manufacturing Units.Knowledge of Bale Management System.Responsible for Process Control Studies from mixing to finish good have strengthened our Products quality & always try to maintain the consistency in quality by conducting these studies.Coordinate with Maintenance team in Machine Maintenance Audit to improve the quality of product.Final Quality Inspection Plan has been very effective & random checking of cartons from each container reduced the market complaints like to lot mix up, count mix up, winding faults, defective cones, shade variation etc.Implementation of checking Incoming Store Items i.e. bearing, rubber cots, paper cones, corrugated box & others.packing items & got benefit of since this checking started, Specially, controlled & reduced the breakdown & losses, which many occurred due to defective/duplicate items.Able to handle Sampling and Products Development of different varieties of yarn.Follow up of Trial for Production & Maintenance. Further improved the quality of carded yarn by conducting & following the quality & maintenance related trials.Monitor daily, monthly & annual quality status of our product & process so that the data can be easily available at any point of time.Able to handle the customers complaints and study the causes.Able to handle the team of investigators.Detailed technical knowledge of various yarn testing machines and standards.Proper understanding of QA Lab SOPs.
