Job Description

Involved in end to end recruitment process
Understanding the companies resources requirements
Source for entry, middle and senior level position and across all functions
Brief candidates about the company services and the job profiles
Sourcing profile from various recruiting sources like - company database, job portals, employee referrals, linkedIn, different Search engine and through own network
Responsible for screening and short listing the profiles
Scheduling telephonic / skype / face-to-face interviews for candidates
Regular follow ups with the offered candidates for offer acceptance and date of joining
Taking care of induction and employees joining formalities
Updating weekly / monthly / quarterly reports and presenting to the management
Maintaining of database
