Sales & MarketingDeveloping sales & marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes; implementing marketing activities for successful launching of new products.Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends as well as competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.Business Development / Brand Management Conceptualizing and executing sales promotion schemes to increase the brand visibility.Preparing management level reporting on the brands performance, needs and forecasts.Managing development of all creative materials for brand to assure correct presentation of the brands trade dress and accurate and effective communication of the brands positioning, features and benefits.Channel Management Liaising with the channel in order to achieve the set targets; identifying and developing reliable dealers for increasing market visibility.Monitoring end-to-end process flows to ensure operational efficiency through channel partners. Appointing the new dealers & sub dealers in the region and training the dealer team; developing and expanding the Retail channel network to enhance product reach & business targets.Team ManagementTraining the field functionaries to ensure sales and operational efficiency. Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
