Responsible for acquisition the sales from E-commerce portals and offlineResponsible to manage B2B and B2C business of the company.Responsible for working on analytics to support business strategiesProduct upload, ensuring the products are getting upload on time and proper visibility on products as per the guidelinesMarketingTo increase visibility on different front like home page banner, category page, banner, mailers, campaign, redirecting marketing, etc. and to do analysis of the performance communication strategy for e commerce environment with conventional methodCoordinating and working with internal Team for feedback & requirementsEnsure smooth dispatches at warehouse to minimize pending ordersManaging quality of products to minimize the return orders and cancellations.SOPs to follow as per company policy.Merchandising: - plan budget and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges. Keeping a close track of merchandise and its performance. Sales: - Increase sales of the brand by using all the above activities for online businessParticipates in the design and implementation of website marketing plansDevelop strong working relationships by coordinating the best customer service for our E-Commerce customersMaintaining strong relationship with all channel partnersDay-to-day selling and promotion of site offerings in accordance with merchandising and marketing plansOrganizing and conducting team meeting on regular intervals
