Job Description

Identifying stocks as per seasons
Allocating to the various locations
Replenishment of the stocks managing replenishments of formal merchandises (Shirts, Ties & trousers) on a weekly basis to around 117 stores all over the country.
Coordinating with the factory regarding to dispatches of weekly replenished merchandises.
Setting up of base stocks for the stores according to their grades.
Calculations of OTB for booking merchandise for the season.
Punching orders periodically for the merchandises & allocation to the stores.
Replenishment of stationery like poly covers & carry bags
Store Transfers of styles that are not performing for more than 3 weeks
Planning merchandises according to the targets set for the store
Also handling replenishment of accessories like belts, wallets & cufflinks.
Performing store visits in order to find out whether merchandises are reaching on time & also check the placements of the advertised articles.
