Job Description

Annual business plan formation and review
Drive the target setting exercise for the Distributors
Ensure team achieves monthly, annual targets and achieving ROI
Formulate/Implement/Achieve the business plans for the MBO / wardrobe MBOs / distributors, ensuring profitability
Market intelligence, competition mapping / analysis
Marketing Information system for the company
VM / marketing inputs / manuals / display
Annual Marketing/Promotion/Event Calendar Planning
Weekly/Monthly /Performance Review with the team and take necessary action plan
Ensuring commercial discipline in the region
New Market Identification / reach on new products and development
Performance & service monitoring of every individual across MBOs
Relationship Management with the MBOs
Recruitment, training, setting SOPs, motivating team and nurturing
Controlling stock loss and damages from gross root level
Achieving sell thru and maximizing basket value/Quantity

Key Skill

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 8 to 12 years in franchisee operations
Candidate must have good knowledge of domestic, franchise administration & regulations
Candidate should be fluent in English, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi & Malayalam.
Candidate should have willingness to travel & ready to relocate at Tirupur.
