Job Description

Monthly Calculation, Provision, Accounting and Recovery from Distributors.
Weekly update on vendors outstanding statement verification to ensure correct & timely accounting and adjustment of invoices, credit & debit notes and other entries.
Vendor Reconciliation and settlement. Getting Balance Confirmation from Vendor.
Preparing Monthly Brandwise Margin Report, Category wise Margin Report and Article wise Margin Report.
Creation of Vendor Code in SAP and Maintaining Vendor Master in Excel.
Vendor Management, Relationship, Reconciliation and Disputes, Legal Issues, Agreement.
Preparing Monthly Provision and Accrual Entries
Preparing Scheme Debit Notes and Invoices and updating collection Receipt in System.
Reviewing Customer Balance and improving debit collections against the debit notes.
Collection Follow up call to Customer on daily basis. Collection Entries on daily basis.
Reviewing Customer Balance and improving debit collections against the debit notes.
Manage Month End Closing tasks for all Accounts Receivable Process.
Coordinating with channel partners for purchase order, sales report, stock etc.
Analysing Channel Sales & Stock reports and reporting sales trend to Category Team to Improve sales.
Creating Customers TOT & Agreements.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate Must be B.Com or M.Com / MBA in Finance
Should Have 8+ Years of experience in Sales Accounts, Accounts Receivable
Should have exposure in SAP.
CTC: Flexible depending upon the level of experience & current salary
