Job Description

Corresponding with Sales Team as well as with the Dealers, Distributors & Retails shop of various regions.
Take continuous stock reports from the system and update the management regarding the stock movement and also to the sales team for order booking.
Coordinate with Sales team, dealer and vendor to arrange for in-shop branding or display stands.
Responsible for arranging samples for sales team.
Reply to Sales Team on their inquiries.
Should followup for the order from receipt till delivery
Good in MS Word & Excel.
Preparing MIS reports
Should be able to handle day to day back office operations.
Should perform other tasks as needed

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate with relevant experience of 2 to 5 years.
Preferred Male candidates with 02 to 05 years of experience as Sales Coordinator in Dealer & Distribution (Channel Sales)
Should have the experience in handling & Coordinating with the Sales Team.
Strong Communication Skills
Strong Followups
